There is a place in Karkonosze Mountain Region in Poland called Kowary. Driving south from the Center, after few kilometers you will enter the mountain forest and driving up the mountain road, you will find yourself in the place which looks like a island ob the forest's green ocean. It is Jelenia Struga SPA Resort. The first Medical SPA in Europe which introduced to its guests a Antioxidant Therapy based on hydrogen-rich water!
